Well, I traded Moe Williams to the Detroit Lions for a 1st round pick in the 2005 draft. Moe was a little upset that Onterrio Smith took over as the 2nd back in the rotation and I also re-signed Bennett to a long-term deal so he wasn't going to stay. Also freed up some cap room to re-sign bennett

in my cards franchise i traded shipp to the dolphins for a 1st round pick (guess they're pretty RB desperate), i then traded that pick to the panthers for deshaun foster, who they had on the trading block.

Foster was a solid pickup, soon the panthers will have the same problem that the Ravens had awile ago, Lewis or Homles either way they couldn't have gone wrong. But foster was a solid pickup.

i just finished my first season and i made this same trade as you remember....the lions finished with the 3rd overall pick in the draft....moe williams for a top 3 pick what a steal.

i think i'ma let bennett go when is contract runs out.......i like the way smith runs hes more ruged and he does have speed too.....plus moore is a soild backup

LOL - That's hilarious...I like Smith too and I am planning to use him more as the season goes on. Bennett is playing really well for me so I'm keeping him, but if a team were to offer me a deal for him - I just can't turn that down
