Bad fumble calls

One of the only flaws that i have seen in madden comes during fumbles. Whenever a player lets go of the ball, even if it seems that hes been on the ground forever, they still call a fumble. Off course you can just callenge is and they reverse it but i wasted 2 challenges in the first 2 minutes because of bad fumble calls. Has anyone seen a play where the player lets go of the ball after he is down and the officials dont call a fumble?

Most of the fumbles I've seen occur when the player is in a pack, so I wouldn't be able to tell if he was down or not without a replay, and once I look at a replay I can't challenge it.

I've thought for a while that the challenge system shouldn't have any place in videogames, period. I've had the same problem to a degree. It's infuriating.

i had two bad calls last night that should have been over turned but were not. First one was Fitzgerald only have one foot in bounds and i challenge it but the play stands. The second was me fumbling a ball on a kick off return. I was down and challenge it but the play stands. Then at the end of the game the computer uses both challenges and they go the computers way. I was not happy about the challenges not being wrong but hey it was only a preseason game.
