The point was people have a right to be upset at that UTTER TRASH, regardless of the game. It has nothing to do with people being "defensive."

And I wrote "act of innocence" by way of your post making it seem as if you don't understand what all the "hub-bub" is about. My mistake if I interpreted that incorrectly.

I'm not a fanboy of either game.. I enjoy both, just happen to like ESPN more... but my point was that it's good to see someone write something that is true and not jumping on the bandwagon so to speak of other mainstream sites.. thats all.. believe me, madden has some great aspects to it as well as some ****.. as does ESPN... Everyone can't be happy.. but I'll tell you what, one thing that's great this year is that I don't know one single person who doesn't really like at least one of the two games. So we all get a great football game this year, even if people don't agree on which one.

That's a tough thing to beat

Virtually nothing in that review is "true". It's a collection of opinions(look it up) on certain elements he doesn't care for, backed up by little apart from half-assed examples and curse words. It's utterly useless drivel, a complete waste of time and bandwidth.

THAT is an honest, well written review. Saying that a certain feature sucks d--- or that they won't "j--- off" to the game is disgusingly absurd.

OK..this review is a little rediculous.

However....one of you Madden fanboys explain to me how in the holy hell ANY review site can possibly say that Madden 2005 is graphically superior to ESPN?

I give Madden 2005, one and only one advantage over ESPN...franchise.

Explain this to me and make sense and you can have my copy of NCAA 2005...the one that is unplayable due to slowdowns.

I would like a copy of your NCAA 2005, but its impossible to explain...well I will try. Its b/c most of us are young Madden player so we love the cartoon and un-proportional look of the player model and and feel its superior in that sense. Can you still give me the game?
