Is there anyway to edit the coaches so i can make Cowboys coach look like Tuna??

Also I wondering if you can create your own coach? I believe last years had this feature at least for created teams.

You can create a coach by creating a very old player so that he will retire and subsequently become a coach. I was messing around with this last night. What I noticed was that over 4 or 5 seasons no WRs became coaches. There were quite a few RBs and QBs. There were a few LBs and Safeties but very few, if any, CBs became coaches in the time I was checking this out. I was going to try to see what playbook these new coaches would assume...would there playbook be that of the last team they played for, the first team they coach for, etc? I didnt get a chance to mess with that though. Also, one thing I found interesting about the players turned coach. They all had high AW (at least 87) but it wasnt the highest that became coaches. I was wondering if age was a factor but Id have to look at it more.
