I am not using speed burst, and it doesn't matter. unless i use motion, i can't run at all!!!!!!!!

Had the same problem initially, in my observation the margin for error is small in the running game. First thing you absolutely must do is run the play the way the diagram shows. You must first and foremost try to to hit the hole the play creates, also when you have a lead blocker stay patient and behind him, whichever way he angles his defender then you speed burst the opposite way. Example blocker pushes defensive player outside, run inside you lead blocker etc.. Also when you see a small hole, press the cover ball/charge button, it really works as it kind of makes the player small and lets him slide into that small space. Run out of all sorts of sets, and above all stay committed to running, you will come around, I guarantee it.

Thanks for this post. I didn't read the manual but once I replaced speed burst with cover the ball I started to dominate. Thanks for the tip. I didn't even know that button was there since I never used to use the hurdle.

I wonder what else I am missing.
