ROOKIE CAPs
I will be creating some CAPs of rookies who are not in the game. These will be ACTUAL attributes (with a few tweaks to AWR) from NCAA 2004 and Madden 2004, so no bi***in because his speed is to fast or too slow etc.
Check back later tonight I will start putting them on.
