Is there any way to stop the play in 2 player games ? any defenses that handle it ?

Or is this just about the computer not calling the right defenses to cover it.

I hate money plays and I know a lot of people hate them here. But thanks to the guy who said it, now the cheesers online have a new tatic. Argh!

Well, I just played a game on All-Madden to see if this play was money.

Unfortunatly it is. It didn't work everytime but I could easily win any game using only this play. I'm sure a good human player could stop it but the CPU can't seem to adjust to it.

I have a few money plays, but I don't used them very often at all. I like to either pick my own play or let Madden pick one for me.

this "money" play is easily defeated with bump and run defense on the "X" receiver. there is a clear and easy defense that works, however the CPU may not employ it so i imagine you could use this to ruin your franchise and win game after game, but why? clearly good human players do and this money play will only work again new players online who don't know how to setup the bump and run.

Truthfully, I don't know why people would even use "money plays" more than once.
