Salary Caps a Joke!

Why does the salary cap go up $15 mil a year. how crappy is this, i purposly started with a created cupcake team, and yes I had to pay a little more for FA's , but its not like i couldn't get whoever I wanted, I even play with rules, no trades, no restructuring deals, I can turnover half the team every year by season 5 and still stay above a ninety. wheres retirement cap hits (deion sanders w/ the skins) and the financial struggle. they need to make the game for people that know how to build a team and not some sissymary fagats that have to have the CLEAR CAP PENALTIES B.S.

Its still not hard enough, can anyone adjust the way the salary cap increases if I were to buy the PC version?

This is EA's brilliance. Wet the appetite of the hardcore player, but allow the casual player to stay in the mix as well. Hopefully one day a developer will add a "full sim" mode for those us who really WANT to deal with the headache of all the coaching/Gm minutiae.

Definetly a step, one of the many, in the wrong direction this year. Don't get me wrong though, I'm as big of a Madden fan as the rest of you. Been with the franchise since it's earliest incarnations.

Anyway, there's already an arcadey football game out there for casual players. And at half the price of Madden, it might encourage more people who wouldn't usually buy a football game, like a more casual football gamer, to buy it.

Theres actually a easy fix for this. Just calculate what the real Salary Cap would be in real life and dont go over that. The CPU never uses all their cap space and are always below the salarly cap.
