XP question

In CFM, I know you can get XP by practicing but is that the only way to gain XP for your players? Do the CPU teams player gain XP from practicing too? I don’t want an advantage like being able to gain more XP than CPU players.

Maybe an easier question is does the CPU players gain XP by practicing? If not, it is cheap that a human can get so many more XP than the CPU.

I'm pretty sure you are correct, CPU not using practice to gain XP. At least through M15, not positive on M16-17.
Playing M15, I do 32-team control and turn off any CPU assist for development. That way the only boosts players receive are through confidence. As I advance through the CFM EA's high ratings will slowly dissapear.

So a 2nd stringer on a CPU team who barely plays in a game will never get better? That sucks.
