Is the Madden 13 CCM Rosters Out Now for PS3?

Can I Now start my franchise?
I downloaded the latest roster but I dont understand am I supposed to have 2 roster updates in my download content one for Play Now and another from my Franchise (CCM)?

Or just one and when I start my CCM it will pull the roster from the download and be 53 man and Play Now rosters have more players when I go to play it?

And then theres the Online roster as well in my download content, that would be 3 rosters in memory.............?

there are two updated rosters. an online roster and a CCM update roster.
