Just a status update - Still working hard to get these in as quickly as possible. Yesterday, I finished the Broncos and the offense for the Browns. It was really satisfying to see how the OVRs for the two teams ended up. The Broncos ended up with an 83 OVR and the Browns with a 76. Today, I will probably end up finishing the offense for the Buccanneers. We will see though.

Played a quick half of Browns versus Browns. Trent Richardson for the CPU was very dangerous, as was his counterpart. I saw some pretty amazing runs by the CPU. I can't get over how much the increased awareness of these rosters just changes everything. Weeden made quick, smart decisions. It is a whole new game with these ratings inputs.

This is a very time consuming project with each team taking around 4-5 hours to complete

Status Update - Tampa Bay has been re-rated and all players have been added - Total teams complete 6. They finished with an OVR of 78

I saw you posted that you were inputing the ratings from the console. I remember that taking forever when I did my franchise back before the start of the season.
Any reason you're not doing them via the editor?

It is much quicker, for me via the console. Also, if I need to make equipment changes or some other adjustment, I can do it while inputting the ratings. I didn't find the editor made it any easier, nor safe to enter the ratings. I have a good system, which is allowing me to finish around 2 teams per day.

Sweet! Makes sense.
I cheeted this go-round and took a different approach. I used the editor to subtract ratings so that my average players would fall more into the average range DCEBB uses. Say if I sorted all LBs by Tackle rating, I would scroll down to the middle of the column and saw 79, I would then drop everyone by 9 pts. Then I would go back up to the top and add in a few points to the "Elite" guys to make them shine in that rating.
Definately not based off of scouting data, but it sure made a huge impact to gameplay.
