I've downloaded the roster updates in the original post. But, I can't figure out how to get them to work in the PCSX2 emulator. Can someone please help me?

I am getting the same error as the other user, probably just because there are ellipses in this URL so try putting it there again without them and it shouldn't come up with the "file you have requested does not exist" error.
