    The trick to less INT?

Like probably all of you out there, I eventually got fed up with all the turnovers, so I started doing drastic different things to try to fix it. My first attempt was to max out QB accurary, and that didn't work at all, it was either caught by the WR or by the CB. After returning that to normal, I increased knockdowns, thinking that the defenders would knock the ball down rather than pick it off. Again, no luck. So finally I turned INT and Knockdowns to 1 (not zero, don't ask me why) and I think that might have fixed it. After playing five games and simming five games, the most interceptions thrown was 4 combined (3 by Eli Manning, 1 by Romo) and I actually played a game where neither QB threw any (Pennington and Garrard)

Now I've only played five games, mostly with accurate QBs (Pennington and Garrard for example) but it seems better than before. I'm not sure what Russels accuracy rating is, but I know he's more of a Power QB, and he only threw one, and that was on a hail mary at the end of the half.

So I don't know, try it out. I realize that football seasons over so for most this will be too little too late, but it's worth a shot. Make sure the QB accurary isn't too high because with knockdowns and INT so low, the any QB has the potential to be amazing. My defensive awareness stat is at 60 for the CPU and 40 for me, and I'm sure that was something to do with the equation also. Let me know what you guys think.

I've tried with Int at 1, and 4, and Knockdowns at 1, and 4, but never both at 1 at the same time. I may have to try it.

I actually have mine on 2 for human and 0 for cpu. I can still throw 3-4 in a game if I force the ball. I've learned to pound the rock, throw short and use play action if I throw deep. It's helped. I still would like to develop an intermediate passing game but so far no dice.

People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.

Well I've tested it more, and it really hasn't made a difference. Oh well, I'll just go back to Squints sliders and wait for '09. Good thing The Show is almost here

Haha, not really actually. I haven't played the game in awhile. I just occasionally check the Madden forums--especially just in case someone solved the INT issue.
