    CPU v CPU sliders

I'm guessing we'll get a decent thread going with this once everyone has the game. In the meantime, I thought I'd throw up what I read from Ian regarding realistic stats/no. of plays with reference to online franchise I believe. It may be a good starting point for us cpu'ers and a base to work from.

It was 12min qtrs, 15 sec accelerated clock on ALL PRO.

I have also read Ian as saying that ALL PRO is the most realistic level where players perform as per their ratings.

As I say, just throwing this out there as a base for everyone's view and for all of us to start work from.

    Cheers

Can someone explain this further? This makes NO sense whatsoever if true.

ok when you match the cpu vs cpu there are no injuries happening during the game. If you call a play in coach mode, or play the game injuries happen.

            This appears to be true.

I only do Coach Mode and CPUvsCPU and I've seen my fair share of injuries during Coach Mode, but I've yet to see one during CPUvsCPU.

                  Re: CPU v CPU sliders

Without injuries for a CPU vs CPU franchise, then they should have just left the feature out..really stupid. You cant run a GM CPU vs CPU Franchise with no injures. NCAA 2010 has injuries in CPU vs CPU games.

I threw Madden (PS3) in the garbage last year., because I saw no injuries in CPU vs CPU games (NONE), I complained in forums and recieved no response from EA.

When one of you guys get the game please let me know.

                  thanks

Just tossing this out there (I don't have the game yet, and didn't really pay attention to it last year...)

It is possible injuries are in, only the cutscenes are cut out? CPU-only games traveled at warpspeed anyway, because pretty much all the huddle time was cut out.

Has anyone looked at the injury report periodically instead of watching for cutscenes?

I too believe this is a little "out there" - it's only a suggestion.

Last year there were no injuries in CPU vs CPU games period..so either they fixed it or they didnt. if they fixed it you would see injuies during the game like NCAA.

You are not getting it. There are no injuries in CPU vs CPU. They did not fix it. There are NO INJURIES in CPU vs CPU!!!

And I doubt they care, they focused on putting in trainers to come on the field when you get hurt while actually playing the game. But for those of us who like to do GM duties and watch cpu vs cpu, we don't matter to them. If we did matter they would have fixed it, or it will get a patch this year to be fixed.

For me I dont care I will play coach mode. you get injuries that way. But I am just a little bit upset that this wasn't addressed. but I also have no way to make them fix it either.

Okay, so I can assume you tested CPU vs CPU injuries since you have Madden 2010., and there are still no injuries for this year.

CPU vs CPU is worthless yet again..I dont think I'm getting it this year.

                              thanks again.

                              That's what I needed to know..Much Appreciated.
