Sliders take effect?

If I change my sliders do they take effect in my franchises that I have already started?

You can adjust cpu sliders and put yours on custom and it will save for franchise.

So yes, thats cool b/c I'm basically using a combo of cpu v. cpu spectate games and my preseason games to get sliders just right before the reg. season starts and patch 1 w/ Vick Favre update.
