Where are sliders for franchise?

Can someone please tell me where I can find sliders in online or offline franchise mode? How would gameplay be adjusted in franchise mode without sliders? Does it just use the default? Thanks.

go to human skill go to custom difficulty then scroll down to the 4 selections pass or run or defense and press x if you're playing on ps3 then you can adjust human sliders, hope this helps

No, its not, the only way I've found to change it is in game.

Main Menu screen, you will find it there .. then just save your profile .. it will be used for all games you play, whether it be Play now, Superbowl or Franchise ..

Online there are no sliders .. as far as I know ..

So if you are playing an online franchise game against a CPU does it use your profile sliders? I think its ridiculous that NCAA has online sliders and madden does not.
