Converting Madden PC .MDC Draft Classes to PS2

Hi everyone, I've really gotten back into the PS2 generations of Madden. Football idiot has a treasure trove of accurate draft classes available for the PC version of Madden. I want to convert those PC Draft Classes in .MDC format to a format readable in PS2 (psu). How could I go about accomplishing that?

If that is not possible; a second question-

Has anyone made a long term list of draft clases that realistic from 2005 onwards for the ps2?
