Does 360 have create a team?

I don't have madden 06 or 07 for the 360. Can you tell me if it has the create a team feature, if the CAT can be used in franchise, and some detail about it (logos, can you create a stadium, etc).

The Xbox 360 version of Madden has no Create-A-Team functionality whatsoever.
