Official Madden 07 (PS2/XBox) Bugs/Glitches Thread

Has anyone with the PS2 version noticed music skipping during gameplay, specifically after plays, and between screens. The skipping seems to affect the stadium music, as if there is a hitch in the loading process, and I am curious if this is an isolated issue or one that is present on all PS2 versions.

the game has more hiccups in it then i have ever seen before. esp after picking a play!

it runs fine off my ps2 hdd...which usually means it's a loading/drive thing.

Yeah, I am having this issue as well. The worst is in SS mode. I wonder if the XBox version is like this as well.

can someone with the game answer this for me, it would be the only thing that would stop me from buying Madden this year, so far it sounds pretty good.

its the glitch where if you hold R2/L2, and if the HB has R1 on top of it, the person is gonna run if it is I form formation

Found a glitch was playing SS mode not sure if this had anything to do with it. It was third down and 10 i blitz, I was offsides and called for a penalty. The annoucer announced the penalty and said it was still third down and five. After that the computer punted the ball like it was 4th down. Maybe i'll try to repeat this and see if it's a major glitch or not.

Found another glitch. On a fieldgoal or extra point run across the line before the ball is snapped. Get in the way of the snap. What normally would have been a fumble in years past is a strange glitch now. Even though you knock the ball away and it never reaches the holder the kicker kicks thin air and then the ball flys from where ever it's laying through the fieldgoal post.

I am very disappointed that they didn't allow you to "jump the snap" on defense like they do in college football this year. It definitely makes things more realistic.

Also when I switch the difficulty to All Madden, it doesn't let me turn QB vision off under custom game...and it won't let me switch from widescreen 16:9 to letterbox 4:3. (these options are "grayed out") It makes the game looked stretched out on my TV since it forces me to play in widescreen.

This is for PS2. Anyone else seeing this?

Anybody else notice the Right DE seems to drop back into pass coverage or run towards the opposite direction of the QB as the ball is snapped. Odd.
