Renting Madden this week for the xbox but no game manual came with it. Anyone know of a location where I can find a complete listing of all the controls for the xbox? Perhaps an online game manual?

The best thing I've come across for the controls is in game. Go to the controller layout screen and it will show you all the major controls for offense, defense, etc. If you want more info on the newer features like the playmaker stuff, check out the tutorial videos in the game.
Also during the game when you call line shifts or hot routes, on the right of the screen you will see help on which way to press the controller to get different results.

I have ps2 but I assume this is the same on xbox: If you pause the game while playing a game, there will be a "new features" or similar menu choice. Combined with the on-screen help and controller menu, you should have pretty much everything.
