honestly it looks more like madden for pc/ps2 my major issue with it right now is the lines and the qb movements..the field looks beautiful lol

I like how on the replay of the Dolphins TD it went into the NFL Films look. Nice touch....

Guys IGN is using a pre-beta build. It's not anywhere near what the guys playing today are using.

Well line play looks as bad as ever. This is not looking as good as I thought. The line play has changed NONE. Plus the camera flashs are driving me up the wall and I am only watching a quick clip. All game long of that and I am going to pull my hair out. Or be blind what ever comes first.

Edit: just noticed ya post brian. I sure hope so that the line play changes some. Other wise this is back to a rent for me.

LOL. I saw that too.

And I know this is a pre-Beta--but every year I hear about the kinks being worked out before release. And every year they're not. So I fully expect this type of crap to be in Madden '09. However, if I'm wrong I'll be the first one to give this game props--as I would love to finally have a decent NFL game to play.

I HONESTLY want to hear IAN's reply to this kind of line play. This is a game killer for me. Will this make it into 09??? Ian PLEASE give us a word on if this is going to get fixed. Since you are in charge of GAMEPLAY.

Im not gonna going digging thru them, but Im pretty sure in one of the gang-tackle threads Ian said they werent going to be able to address the O-line/D-line play this year.
so pre-beta or not, expect the same line play you got from 08, 07, 0.......
