tatoos?

In the nba 2k series the players including the create mode lets you choose tattoos. Do you think this should be added in Madden? (i know its not a high priority for the next game but just a thought)

NBA players are more exposed, as all they wear are jersey's and shorts. In the NFL, players were arm sleeves, long sleeves etc. I don't think tattoos are a high priority on EA's list. Maybe Ian may have something different to say about this.

I may be wrong but I thought I read that the NFL will not allow tattoo's on the (video)game anymore.

I heard that too. Apparently the NFL doesn't care about the game having an accurate representation of their players. A ton of guys in the NFL have tattoos on their arms (some have tattoos completely covering their arms) and it looks weird to have their video game counterparts with nothing there.

Of course, I know it would/should be a low priority even if it was allowed.

Ea does tatoos badly anyway... They are all tiny and you can only have maybe one per section of your body say one for your bicecp ect... I'd like to see proper full arm sleeve tatooes and more custimisation with them...

And why it shouldn't be allowed in the game, players have tatooes and its not like they ever hurt anyone. They are basically a form of art... And don't see how it could give them a bad image.

They allow it in the nfl, but they dont like publicizing it and thus don't allow tattoo.

I'm sure 95% of parents don't want their kids getting someting permanent like a tattoo.

And personally, i don't like tattoos either.

The last game I played where I remember seeing tattoos was the original NFL 2K on Dreamcast. Some people have said that there's been some Madden's since then that had them, but I don't know.

As far as I know, the NFL outlawed tats from being in their video games.

Yeah madden had tattoos in ps2 back in the day in madden but they were the lame ones your friends get when your 16 like a panther or an anchor...what we need is restricted free agents back gotta get the franchise mode right

I still think they should add them, it's part of the game. They don't have to publize it either or gloryfie it. Just keep it in there and if people want their player to have a couple of tats let them.

Its not like because of that people will suddenly want to go out and get them...

There are tattoos in Madden 09... just not on the ps3 and 360 versions....
