Man you all need to tone down that QB elusiveness

A love the strides you made this year! You guys should really focus on the overall running in the game next year. I understand that you guys couldn't do everything in less than a years time but hopefully you can address the running next year. Don't get me wrong, the running is pretty good as it stands now but it can definately be improved. Here's just a few things that I would suggest:

1. The overall footplanting needs to be touched up. I still notice some occasional sliding during the game. We should get the feeling of cleats digging into the ground during cuts & shifts of body weight. I know that you guys worked on momentum this year but you should go all out next year.

2. Running backs need to be lower when running through the holes. As it stands right now, the RBs are too upright after taking the handoff. You should only be upright when you are at top speed on a break away.

3.You should add the animation of the RB grabbing on to the back of the Lead Blockers jersey when following him on a run. I was playing 2K5 yesterday & noticed that they have it in the game. It would be a great touch of realism.

4.Last but not least, you should really work on signature running styles. You started this in 07 but haven't really touched on it since then. Are signature running styles still in the game?

Just a few suggestions to make the game even greater than it already is.

We need the people making this game to put their heart into the way the game plays, not how the community perceives them. Build advocates with an amazing representation of the NFL... It seems like you're investing way too much energy in trying to "convince" people about how great and improved the game is -- which is seemingly unfair given our controlled-visibility so far... This tactic is consistent with the reputation EA has earned over the last half decade or so.

Man stop crying, the guy didn't just put up vids to go hey guys how great the game looks, Its a way for the community to pick of certain things they dislike or need tuning. People on OS aren't the only people that want info on Madden, so whole inside blog statement you just talking out azz.

i fully agree! plus the footplanting will make for much more real gameplay, specially with the elusive QBs someone else mentioned, not only that but you won't see the unrealistic zig-zagging runs at full speed people do sometimes.

Looks really good and you guys appeared to have definitely improved on the last two versions.

One suggestion..... For cold games, the coaches should be dressed accordingly. Both coaches and the trainers are in short sleeve and it is January. Not a major thing, but just a thought. Great job.

watched the video heres what I think,

The good

like the cut scenes
like the sidelines
halftime replays

The bad
----------
no defense
where were the fumbles?
presentation, no replays after TDs! not many stat overlays
halftime girl was stale "Baltimore gained over 200 yards, the teams are tied"
as the guy is tackled it goes to a cut scene, so you cant break a tackle? what happens if he fumbles?
no day to night transition, that was the longest sunset ever in january
despite being cold, the fans all had short sleeves.
