The animation is too unreal. It should actually be adjusted, I just saw the madden 10 spin and it is the same as Madden 09. I did not like the spin move because it was unreal and you can run to the right side of the field and spin back very FAST! In real life, you gotta slow down a bit to spin. Watch Barry Sanders highlights, the man had the spin in a art form, you should create Barry Sanders spin animations.

Please add a power spin move to shake off tacklers like Barry Sanders. Hold the spin move down to do a power spin, you won't get a good change of direction from this spin. Press it too do a finese spin move which helps redirect your ball carrier to a different direction.

ive been saying this for years because in real life players spin off tackles the majoity of the time in madden the spin is like a juke button. when you hit the spin button you should chop your feet (unless you hit a quick juke) and attempt to spin off the tackle because spinning in the open feild looks just crazy

Yeah this has always somewhat bothered me. In Madden, the spin is used more as a juke when in real life most spin moves are used as tackle-breaking maneuvers.

Oh my... I thought I was the only one who noticed this for years. The spin move is so garbage in the game, it hurts.

I saw it especially a lot in Ian's "demo" vids. He's running off tackle right near the sideline, here's comes a tackler, and.....whoosh a spin and the tackler is almost on his back wrong footed. Its NOT a spin move, its a massive juke to change direction without losing speed, which is impossible irl...

It's the last bastion of cheese left in the game. It needs to be buried next to the still fresh graves of Jet pack DB and Super-suction blocking man...

Rarely will someone perform a spin move in the open field to break someones ankles like it happens in madden every other spin move.

Professional athletes can do athletic moves far beyond what a that normal guy on messageboard can. Are you telling me a professional running back couldn't spin while running fast?

agree 100 %, that's one of the biggest problems with madden the running, if you went outside and ran full speed, then tried to do a madden spin move, you would fall or if your foot stayed planted in the ground you would broke your leg no doubt about it. They don't change speeds when you do a move in madden and they don't plant their feet on madden before a move is performed, that's the problem. They need to fix the running in madden, the things they do in are physical impossible.

No, not full speed, you would mess your legs up. Your body can't go in one direction full speed, then change directions with out slowing down some, I can tell you never played sports.
