Why have all the videos been captured in slow speed ?

I'm curious, is seems that all of the videos(even the ones from E3) have been captured in slow speed.

FYI the slow speed is what's causing the players to appear as if they're are jogging.

I would guess it's to highlight it, as it's one of the talked about additions. Ian mentioned at one point that for game demos/showcases, certain things are focused on or highlighted. That could very well be the case here.

As for the jogging appearance, let's hope so. My thought was that they've shown some footage of the game at regular speed and it still looked like jogging, but we'll see at release, I suppose.

It looked like it; I also saw a video from E3 from coach ruckas where they paused it, went into some type of menu where I saw the game speed, and it was on slow speed.

Matthew, most of us don't have all day long to allocate to the following of a video game that we all love equally. OS has enough in for the vast majority here and if it's someting big on Ian's twitter, I'm sure it will show up here...

Say it with me people. She-nan-i-gans. The ball carrier run animations are slower than any other animation. Man.. some people just want too believe so bad, when the facts are in plain sight, right in front of them. If you speed the game up, the run animations will still look slower than the other animations. It's all relative. The run animations need to be fixed. Period.

Run anims: it's not like they're perfect but the "slow" look can be remedied by playing on >= Normal game speed. Other stuff = still looking

Running animations...for those that think they look like they're jogging, I captured on SLOW game speed. DUH can't believe I forgot that.

No they're not ; I looked at the Panthers vs. Raiders Video after you stated this in another thread. All of the player's legs move too slow.

I'd love to see a video of the game in normal speed.

You need to find a better video.. this video doesn't show a long running play with a "supposed to be" fast running back with a corner giving pursuit.

I'll make it easy for you.. look at 5:54. Larry Johnson is being chased by a linebacker. You telling me the line backers legs are as slow as the RB?
