Can I get an official word on this?

Hey Ian, just out of curiosity, is there a technical reason for the framerate peroblems during replays, especially on ps3?

Because the game is programmed on a 360 and ported to the ps3.

IMO i think it was easier to user catch and break tackles in PS3 than in Xbox 360 for madden 09...

PS3 - I like the USB drive rosters and most of my online friends play on the ps3.

My gut feeling tells me the 360 version will be slightly better, but at least I won't have to fear RROD playing the ps3 version (again, not a console war thread, just an observation).

You have a great risk of getting RROD if your Xbox 360 was a launch console. The ones from September 2007-current (from my experience) doesn't have as great a risk as the older ones do.

The problem is.. instead of giving you a NEW 360... they give you a "refurbished" one.... I'm on my 4th right now... It's absolutely dumb... There is always an issue with the new one I get... either the tray shakes its way out when you eject.. or the eject button itself doesn't even click... or you have to press the power button in as hard as you can in order for it to recognize that you are trying to turn it on or off...

Anyways that's the end of my rant, I will still be buying Madden for my 360 because I like the controller a lot more.. and I prefer xbox live and have more friends on it...
