Why would EA be shippng a game that is street dated for Aug.14th NOW?
I doubt it will ship before the 10th.

They'll ship it before the 10th I can guarantee that. A friend of mine that owns a shop in NJ said he will be getting his shipment in on the 7th. Most stores probably will.

Don't expect anyone to have the game before thursday/friday.

They wouldn't ship the game on the 10th. Thats only four days to get the orders out there.

The bigger question is why EA decided on a street date of a Friday? Dumb.
