FYI, buying the game early isn't against the law. Banning end users that did buy it early would be.

If any one has told you that the game is being sold early they are lying to you. If you get the game and put it in your XBOX or PS3 you will immediatly be banned. Any one who has done this will be banned. EA is really pissed and they will be filling a lot of lawsuits. The guy then goes on to tell me that they have a midnight release. . . blah blah blah. . . Quite frankly after I realized he wasnt gonna let go of it early I tuned out. I am 99% sure he was BSing, I figure: 1) He wants to scare me from scoring an early copy elsewhere early, so I can buy it on release date at his store 2) He might of thought that I was an EA rep. checking up on stores so he gave me his speech 3) He was telling the truth and people will get banned/stores will get in trouble So I ask, has any one else heard anything similar? Either form a store, or some of you guys that have inside knowledge of EA.

When you get the game early, you get a message from EA congratulating you for scoring an early copy of the game on the screen (I'm not kidding) Not a ban.

Spot in college park is money been using them for years and have sent them hella customers. Had the game since Friday last week

Guy said the same thing to me..it's BS. If you get the game early, you've done nothing illegal or that could or would cause EA to ban you. If you find it, PM though.
