Cannot make Michael Vick #7 when Creating him

Is there a way around this so I can create him as #7? thanks.

Roster update comes out Wednesday with Vick apart of it. If that helps.

I created him and put him on the eagles as #7 with no prob.

Did you check to see if there is already someone with the number 7 on the roster?

Yes! I had this prb too. Create him with #8 or #6 or something....then go to the player management screen and pick him, edit player and you can change his # to #7
