Hire better scouting agency during the off season

In the offseason, you can hire a new scouting group. They have 18, 19, 21, and 24 scouts.

40 time:
Fast 4.20-4.30
Medium 4.30-4.50
Slow anything higher then 5

Bench Reps
Very Strong: above 32 reps
Decently strong: 26-31 reps
Can hold their own: 22-25
Weak is anything below 15 reps

This depends on what position you are talking about. I have scouted a few linebackers that ran 4.35s and only have 82-83 speed. There also was a guy that ran a 4.29 as an OLB, and he only had 88 speed.
