well if u think about it. it wouldnt make sense for it to progress much. it would be unrealistic if Rivers went from an 81 or 82 whatever it is up to a 90. its not like he suddenly can just throw it farther because he played well. there are probably various things a QB can do to try and increase their arm strength but it still isn't gonna go up that much. it really shouldnt progress upwards much. as a QB gets older though, it would make sense for it to go down.
THP is like speed, it really should progress upward much. Physical attributes like that are pretty much as good as they are going to get when a guy gets to the league.
QB's generally don't add a whole lot of arm strength after they've been in the NFL.
