Trade the pick for monetary compensation. Then, use that money to buy a new GM. Sounds like you could use one.

OL or DL if your pick is in the top 10, is it is lower get a FS or SS, Huff doesn't amount to much, but Mitchel is OK. Im in my 4th year with the Raiders.

Draft speed and pay you 2nd string LB's three times as much as your starting LB's.

Im gonna have 2 first round picks when my first franchise season is done. I started my franchise with the default rosters, so I traded Burgess to the Browns for Corey Williams and their 1st rd pick. I think I got a hell of a deal because Williams has 5 sacks for me, where Burgess had none and only a few tackles. Im gonna draft an OL and DL.
