Maybe i´m blind, but are there no ratings for Coaches ?

I´m confused, is there no difference in quality between coaches other than the "bonuses" ?
And if there is, how can i view it in the offseason screen ?

You can only see them under Coach Stats or something like that under NFL Info.

Lot of them rated 100 as well which is strange.

That's another thing they should do for franchise mode though, hide the coach stat boosts, like how some say AWR +5. That should be hidden because you are never a chance of signing a **** coach.

The ratings are there on the Coach Stats page, on the top bar.

I don't know what they do, because they're directly tied to the team's win/loss rating. I can't tell if Raheem Morris' 3 OVR in franchise is the reason the Bucs haven't had a winning season 3 years into my franchise, or a result of the Bucs not having a winning season 3 years into my Franchise.

Either way he's still employed while all the coaches that manage winning seasons play Career Roulette every time their contract expires.

I think the coach rating effects your ability to sign F.A.'s in the off-season.
