Settings CPU Skill. What does this do?

Im really so confused on what this does and cant find it anywhere. Seems like such a big thing that nobody understands even people at EA have not got a clue unless Im missing something.

Edits the skill of the CPU

If you set 100 CPU QB ACC they will throw for 80% in 8 Min All-Pro

If you set 25 CPU INT they will only have about 1 Int/gm if that.

So does this only affect the cpu or does it affect all players that are not controlled by a human. So basicly every player on the field accept the one you are controling.

im not 100% sure but I think its just the CPU team is affects not the players on the team you control

Human Sliders effect your Team.

CPU Sliders effect CPU Team.

Only Coaching Strategies will effect simulated stats.

How do the CPU sliders effect ratings? If the CPU QB Accuracy slider is at 100, is the CPU playing to 100% of his ratings? Likewise, if it is at 50, is the CPU QB only playing to 50% of his ratings? Or am I way off?

i dont think that is true. ive got accuracy at 22 or something for the cpu and they are pretty much always above 50%.
