Potential Rating

Does Potential rating change at all ? I want to trade for either Crabtree , Harvin but they need so much to get . Juaquin Iglesias is easy but his potential is C which i think is bull anyways .

If anyone knows lemme know , if not who should i get ? Harvin , Crabtree , Iglesias ? Im using the Jets .

Crabtree all the way, look at Heyward-bey too..his rating doesn't really relfect how good he is!!
E.Royal is also good!!!

I dontlike Darrius . He has flop written all over him . Im basing it off my two favorites Harvin and Crabtree . I wanna see Sanchez grow with someone besides Cotchery and Edwards although Edwards is great .
