    An actual goalline lob play

Does anyone hate how the lob play is terrible? Well I think I found a solution. Inside the ten yard line, hot route your best reciever to the fly route that starts by the reciever running to he sideline. Then take a one step drop and lob it. You'll see your reciever jump for the ball.

Once again the hot route is Y then Right stick up. Hope you like it, tell me if it works for u
I will always, always be a Jets fan. But trust me it hurts.

It states in the manual how to throw a fade. If you trying to throw a jump ball on a streak route, it wont work out well.

But yes, that is how to throw a fade route.

The goal line fade play is pretty good, you just need to throw the ball in the right place. You really want to jam your L-stick to the sideline, to the corner of the endzone... just like real life. Tall WR make nice plays on that especially against man defense. Zone can be tougher.

Whenever I want to try a fade route, I just hot route the guy nearest to the sideline to a quick slant towards the outside and then "semi lob" it, which gets the ball out with enough speed and touch for the receiver as he makes his break to the corner.

There is one play in the Detroit Lions' playbook that is very realistic and it works too. The QB takes one step back and you're supposed to throw it up to the receiver (so Stafford to Calvin Johnson). It worked two or three times for me out of four or five times. It' was pretty impressive... wish they included that in more playbooks though.

The trick is, to select the Goaline Fade in the playcall screen.

Those fades are really good. Its a one steop drop endzone fade.
