Ever seen a CPU player pulled.......

Due to poor performance? I haven't. Just wondering if anyone else has.

it doesn't happen. This used to be in Madden, but it hasn't been in the game in years.

Nope, I played a game against Oakland where RunDMC had fumbled twice, and ran for only 30 or so yards by the 3rd quarter.

Come fourth Q do I see Justin Fargas or something?

Nope, McFadden was still out there suckin' it up...

It would be cool if the AI had some auto-backup implementation for when starting RB's or WR's performed below a certain threshold.

I mean... how hard would that be to put in the game?

Right now AI says to itself "This guys overall rating is higher, keep going with him keep going with rim... Rama rama hare krishna, rama rama."

EDIT: Oh uh, no offense to the Raiders BloodMeridian. I just saw your avatar after I posted a response.... GOOO JAMARCUS RUSSELL!!

I know right! I made Brady throw 5 picks in a Super Bowl BLOW OUT, and the game was out of reach by half time, and he was still starting in the 3rd and still in the 4th when the score was 100 to 35. If players could be pulled for poor performance it would be a little more realistic.... but then again, I shouldn't be able to score 100 points either.

They really need to add this feature with proper commentary. Of course they will probably add the feature and overdo it to the point where you see a player being pulled after throwing two or three picks every game.

I wish this was still around. I would also like to see more two back systems used. Against the Jets I held Thomas Jones to -5 yards rushing on 8 carries, and he comes back out to start the 2nd. Leon Washington never even saw the field.

I picked off Stafford 9 times once. He played the whole game.

That game was fun as hell.

This is one aspect I think they should find a way to bring into the game. Especially on with teams who don't have their franchise QB, but two decent players at the position, like the Browns, who could get the hook every other week or something like that.

Every single day I sign on here and read these threads I notice more and more things that should be in Madden by now.

It is a little thing missing but, they do add up. I would love this I do it with my team why can the CPU. Manning threw 7 picks against me and was still out there throwing the next posession?!
                        Gaming hard since 1988

I have won like 25 Super Bowls in Madden so I am kinda a big deal.

I WOULD argue that if you're getting 5 or 7 or 9 picks on D you need a slider change BUT, then again, ladies and gentlemen, Jay Cutler.

All kidding aside though, if I got 7 picks in a game I'd think it was time to up the CPU passing accuracy a bit and if your INT slider isn't already on 0 it's probably time for that.

Its Manning. He wouldn't get pulled for anything

I was thinking the same. You know there's no way the Pats are going to pull Brady if he's having a bad day. It should have something to do with the influence meter.
