Cant play Online Franchise game!!!

Just got word from that last division game - it's definitely working, they're playing their game now.

Dunno what to tell you - maybe it is a 360 - specific issue?

having the same problem...tried to start games in 2 different OF against 2 different opponents and get the error. Both me and one of my opponents were able to start games against the CPU in other franchises.....

Same problem. How do I download the ultimate team? I see it in my menu. Do I have to select the option?

I did not get the "downloadable content' error when playing the CPU in an Online Franchise, only when I tried to play a human opponent.

i have a guy getting the same message when he is tring to play another person in the franchise.

they both can see the "Madden Ultimate Team" menu option.
they both are playing the game from disk and have installed any updates that has come up.
But when they try to start the game, only one of them see this err message.

is there a way to check to see if all updates have been installed?
