Practice squad would be the closet chance of getting in madden if they decided to do that. I will say Practice squad.

If NFL Europe is still around then they should have both, the whole purpose of a sim NFL game is to emulate the real thing so why not.

NFL Europe doesn't exist anymore. Theres really no "real life" developmental league for the NFL. So, theres not much potential for that.

I'd love to see a practice squad, though. Something that is definitely on my wish list.

Ultimately both. Madden should have the NFL plus other leagues such as the CFL to attract to those markets while adding depth to the offline game modes such as franchise mode. Players can play in the CFL and can prove their worth to become attractive to NFL teams. A lot of Canadians that buy Madden want to also have the CFL. It's too small of a market to be in it's own standalone game, but adding it on top of Madden which sells a lot can be the solution and be beneficial to the CFL league and others if included.

Practice Squad is something that can and should be done now. It would expand the rosters limit and allow for quick replacement of players on your roster. Could give more reason to have player cuts in the pre-season.

NCAA is really the developmental league for the NFL. I know they say it's about academics but who are we kidding?

For them to have Practice Squads they need UDFA's after each draft. And some of those players should develop into future stars.

And they also need to fix free agency by adding compensatory picks.
