Quick Question - QB Scramble

Has anyone seen much of QB scrambling? I would love just once to see Mike Vick pull it down and run for 20 yards or so -- Or Tebow.. Is there a setting/slider/tendency that could be adjusted?

no there is not but people have been asking this for a while ... kinda sucks playing the titans and never see Vince Young scramble

QB don't scramble at all in either of the football games this year. They don't do it in NCAA 11 or Madden 11. I been yelling about this since July. Kind of sucks that you don't ever have to use your QB spy plays at all because the QB will NEVER scramble.

Instead they will just sit there and take a sack and throw out of the sack. That throwing out of the sack feature needs to be taken out. Because I swear that is intentional grounding when the ball lands in the middle of no where.

I got burned by the human-highlight-reel Alex Smith a number of times in one game. So much so that I decided to be the QB spy for the rest of the game. Usually it happens when the play is set for a roll-out anyway and there's nothing but daylight in front of them. Seems to happen alot when I play zone, and my LBs and DBs just stare down the QB as he runs past them for the first down

Thanks -- I tihnk that is the way way exception.. I dont think I have seen it once.. I edited Vick to be 99's across the board in all speed, running, etc ratings and still not one scramble.. Grrrr..

QBs don't scramble alot of times and go for yards. But in franchise mode I've seen some QBs acramble on me and run for decent yards after crossing the LOS.

I turned off the auto sprint option and then u can use the right trigger to scramble..dunno if thats what ur talking about

with the auto sprint always on it is harder to do because when you are trying to get outside he will still act like he is in the pocket.

No he isn't talking about the USER scrambling, he is talking about the CPU scrambling. He is talking about the lack of the CPU scrambling, even when they have wide open running lanes.

Play on custom settings from 14+ and they'll scramble like 3x a game(this was against kevin kolb) im working on sliders.

I've seen it plenty of times using Playmakers sliders. Romo got three first downs against me last night scrambling.

I have no idea what slider, or set of sliders causes this, but I use custom sliders and see the computer scramble on me from time to time as well. I haven't played the Titans at all in Madden 11 yet, but Tony Romo, McNabb, and Big Ben have hurt me scrambling before. i also play agaisnt my 49ers from time to time and have seen Alex take off just as someone else said.

I have seen romo and rodgers scramble on me a few times and hurt me. Have also seen others try only to get stopped either for a 1 or 2 yard gain or a 1 or 2 yard sack. It doesn't happen a lot but it happens

I have seen the QB scramble on my sliders, It isn't often but It happens with the QB's you expect to take a run. I have not played against V.Young yet.

Biggest stat I had against me in terms of QB scramble was J.Campbell with 5 rushes for 30+ yards. Anyways I see it happen, Rodgers, McNabb, No Robo QB as far as I know. Hope this helps guys.

Romo scrambles. Rodgers scrambles (a lot). Last night Leinert scrambled on me (though he tends to strafe around the pocket).

Some do, some don't. Could it be if you play in the AFC you won't pay against these QBs so much? (probably dumb question, I know)
