Question about these 50th anniversary patches in franchise mode.

Do the Cowboys, Chiefs, Vikings and whatever other teams that have these 50th anniversary patches keep these patches for the duration of franchise mode? Obviously these teams won't be wearing those patches next year. So what happens in the game? Do they automatically dissapear in year 2 of franchise mode?

Aren't they just alternates? I don't know that they'll be automatically used by the CPU, but they don't overwrite the defaults, so this wouldn't be an issue.

Yeah I just realised they're not the default jerseys...at least for the Cowboys they're not. But they are the Chiefs' default jerseys, so if you play with or against the Chiefs in franchise you're always gonna see that patch, wich is kind of annoying. I hope thta's not the case when they release the Vikings' jerseys. I know its not a big deal to most people, but I'm really anal about stuff like that.:o

That isn't an anniversary patch for the Chiefs, thats a Lamar Hunt AFL patch, they will continue to wear that on their chest just like the jets and steelers carry the logo on their chests.

this is corret we did have a 50th annivarsary patch last year honering the 50th season of the AFL and after year 1 in franchise mode it was gone

the patch which u mentioned u r right it will always be a part of the KC Jersey as its a patvh honering our late owner and founder lamar hunt after he passed in 06 the LH Patch became a perement part of the uniform

so to the OP EA Got it right last year and again thisyear so u should have nothing to worry about when the uni patch comes out thanks
