    Madden Attribute Chart

    Is there a chart that has the speed, agility, acceleration, strength, jump ratings?

    If someone runs the 40 yard dash in 5.00, they have 53 SPD. 16 reps of 225 is 52 STR, 24 inch vertical is 30 JMP, etc.

    I know those stats, because I simulated to Madden's offseason (2005) and randomly jotted down a players combine measurements and saw what his attribute represented.

    I tried to write down peoples attributes like that but they change every time. For example:

    3 Players run a 40 yard dash at 4.40 seconds but the speed ratings I have seen vary from 95, 93, and 87.

    The combine times will just give you a ballpark but will never equate to a specific rating, but that is like real life too, Devin Hester ran a 4.41 but he has always been blazing fast even in college. Sorry if this blows a hole in a project of your, just trying to save you some time.

      The combine ratings do correspond to the real ratings, but the combine ratings can be wrong until you scout a player. For the 3 players that had 4.40 as their 40 time but had wildly different ratings, you probably didn't scout the two that had 93 and 95 as their Speed ratings. A 4.40 40 time equates to an 87-88 in Speed. If you scouted the other two, the 93 Speed would have dropped to roughly 4.35 and the 95 Speed would have dropped to roughly a 4.30. Here's the rough 40 times -> Speed ratings I've been able to put together.

      40 time -> Speed Rating
      4.40 -> 88
      4.38 -> 90
      4.35 -> 92-93
      4.30 -> 95
      4.27 -> 97
      4.25 -> 98
      4.23 -> 99

      Bench Reps -> Strength Rating
      30 -> 89-90
      31 -> 91
      32 -> 92-93
      33 -> 94
      34 -> 95-96
      35 -> 98-97
      36 -> 99

        Re: Madden Attribute Chart

        Can you provide us with a chart? if not I can do the work myself. I just bought Madden 08 and I am going to re-do the rosters so all the attributes are right cause Donny Moore bases players on their "game speed".

        A player like Anquan Boldin should not have speed in the high 80s, he ran a slow 40 time. Just cause he puts up blazing stats, he shouldn't be no 88 speed. His speed in NFL 2K was like 76 - but his break tackle, strength, and other ratings made him a high overall and he still dominated. He is a physical Wide Receiver like Terrell Owens. He is not lightning fast. My TO in Madden 08 is going to be 84 Speed, 80 Agility, 99 Acceleration. TO is not quick, but he has good acceleration, bursts off the line and has a deadly Press.
