    Broadcast camera's significant mistake

First off, I just want to say that I think this game looks flat out incredible. Really, really, really great work on what I've seen so far. This isn't even a complaint, just an observation.

The broadcast cameras look great from their true-to-the-stadium spots, there's just one problem; when the ball is high (punts, kickoffs, deep passes), camera's never follow the ball, they follow the field under it. This strikes me as being fairly significant, but possibly easy to remedy? I don't know, I don't know how the coding works. Just what I've noticed.

    Again, though, great job EA.

I notice that also I would rather see the blocks set up.

Check out this vid. I think it follows the ball here.

He's saying in real life the camera doesn't follow the ball on a punt, etc

But for those of us who play with this angle, we need to see the ball to know whether to call fair catch.

Wouldn't you also need to see the defenders, though? If the camera is moving towards the returner at the same pace the ball is, but focused on the field, then wouldn't you still be able to tell how far the ball is from approaching the returner?

Or on a deep pass, what good does knowing where in the air the ball is if you can't even see where the cornerback is to make a play on the ball?

As the ball is coming down I'm able to see where the defenders are....plus after playing this way for a while I always have a feel.

You don't think you would 'always have a feel' with the other option as well?
