Scouting

First I love the all new scouting system. its nice to have real faces instead of computer generated. I am having a promblem scouting though. Every time I select 15 players to scout and move on to the next week I cannot select another 15 players. I have simmed up to 8 weeks to see if I can select more players to scout but I am unable to. It says in the upper right hand corner that I have selected 0/15 players. What am I doing wrong??
