This is how they have ruined this game for me

Once again the people at EA could care less about the people who have played the game for years. My buddy and I always played and offline franchise together and now with this years game and last years it will not allow you too copy franchise files and load them on another ps3. We always used to email it to each other and then download it to a flash drive and load it but now we cant.

Thanks a lot EA for ruining a long traditions for some dumb reason im sure.

Obviously you have the internet, does your buddy have the internet? You could always do an online Franchise..

If we do an online franchise how do you do that? can you edit the rosters like you can offline like player equipment? do you get all the features you do offline?

I see your point. You want to play offline with your buddy. Other games are starting to do that too and it's really annoying. I think they are doing that because people are somehow cheating or something. It's not as important but I first noticed it with GTA IV. I could copy the files but they wouldn't allow me to play my saved games on my friend's PS3. It's stupid that we as gamers (the customers) are being blocked from doing what we want to do. Who cares that most people play online? Some of us have our own way of doing things for our own reasons. Why go screw that up for us?

Unfortunately, online franchise is a poor substitute for the very awesome new offline franchise. Just like once I play the demo I cant play the older madden each year, now that I have had a taste of the new offline franchise I couldn't imagine investing time in a game mode that has been left 2 years behind.

If you have PSN Plus can't you use the cloud feature and transfer the save?
