Player Roles are just completely messed up...

In my first year as the jets LT had over 1000 yards rushing with maybe twice during the season he had minor injury that lasted only a drive or two and never longer than a quarter or game. He had no fumbles either but end of the season his role turned into injury prone and fumble prone.

Rookies can have roles? I thought roles were assigned in the off-season and rookies only got roles after playing for a year. Guess you learn something new everyday.

lol EA would screw it up so that when you edited a role it would still delete all the player's roles.

I think that's true for after year 1. There are rookies in teh game with roles, obviously some of them are justified. But other than that EA has no business thinking it knows best, especially since we can't edit the things. Not that as of now it would help since it would probably erase roles just like going to the edit player screen erases the roles. Lowered Kellen Winslow's catch rating by 1? Holy crap take away the playmaker role! Something tells me its not even a bug, and its intentional, how dare we have differing opinions than the competent braintrust of EA?
