hiring coaches

for those of you who hire new coaches after season one of your dynasty... who do you usually get? also does it make much difference this year. excuse my ignorance... i just got the game.

Sadly I have to admit that in my Browns franchise I fired my whole staff because of the negatives they caused on my players ratings. Then I simply hired coaches that offered the best IMO positives to my player ratings. In this case many of my coaches are the made up names that represent the EA development team.

Not very Sim on my part but if the game made the impact of who is your coach more important than a simple + or - to player attributes I would choose my staff differently.
