While I never play Franchise, I am aware that college players are not added to the pool of draft picks. NCAA would FREAK!

I actually am playing now. Imported draft class and he was selected #1 overall by Miami.

He's not part of the NFLPA and I'm pretty sure you don't get the same draft class every year so it wouldn't make much sense.

The NCAA would definitely go insane if Andrew Luck appeared in Madden NFL 12. However, like the other OS users here have said, you can import him from NCAA Football 12 (which I am going to do once I purchase Madden NFL 12) or you simply create him.

unless you want him looking like robocop id say create him yourself and just add him to your team or whoever.Or use the generated draft in the game and find a QB number 1 pick/first round pick with the closet height build to him in real life and edit his name etc from that.
Using the ncaa 12 draft at the moment is a hit and miss,you either get a good andrew luck or you can get a robocop crappy pads/man boobs version,take your pick.lol
