Fastest/Best Scrambling QB You've Drafted?

I love an explosive offense that prides itself on the deep ball, especially with a gamebreaking speedy QB. I was wondering what QBs (and from what draft class) you guys have seen that were the fastest and best runners? So far the best I've seen was the QB from Texas Tech in draft class 6 (look for the google docs draft guide if you don't know what I mean) with 89 speed, about 90 agility I think.

There's a QB from Oregon that's 6'5 228 with 87 speed in Draft Class 23. He's projected 5th round from Oregon and he's a 78 with A potential. I drafted him in my Falcons franchise after I traded Matt Ryan away. He's an 84 in his second year.

Jacory Harris out of Syracuse. Lol I know what u thinking, he played for miami. Not the same guy. I used a madden generated draft and laughed when I saw this name so I drafted him. He was 75 ovr 86 speed n 88 acceleration. A potental. Ended up being 86 in 3rd year. But stopped that franchise got bored.

Got that feeling, too, there seem to be at least some scramblers in every draft but most of them are only B- or C-Potential, I'm really missing good old Chandler Milhollin (aka the White Mike Vick) from M11

I drafted Denard Robinson is is so far the leader for rookie of the year. In older game el roberson and Michael robinson were beasts.
