How to save rosters from offline Madden 12 Franchise

IS there any way to save the entire roster. I know how to export teams. I want to know if there is any way to save roster and then start a franchise by drafting from my year 2 roster with NCAA players as rookies?

Good idea, but no I dont think there is a way to do that. It would make things alot better.
